Knight Ops Media is our creative agency. As its web developer, I built our first website to give our work a home and help potential clients see what we could do. I handled everything from the design and copy to development.
Getting started
We were just starting out, and finding clients was hard. We needed a place to show our work. My first design leaned heavily on descriptions, but that asked visitors to read through the agency before they could see what we made.
Letting the work speak
I changed direction and gave the project visuals more space. The text became shorter, and the work took the lead. Someone visiting for the first time could see the kind of work we made without reading a long explanation first.

Behind the scenes
I also built the CMS and an internal project management site where the rest of the agency can check each project’s status. The work covered both the website clients see and the tools our team uses behind it.

What changed
After the final design, we noticed more potential clients showing interest in working with us. They told us it was easier to find and view our projects. That feedback was a useful reminder: for our agency, showing the work mattered more than explaining everything around it.
